What is coaching?
Coaching is a professional service that helps clients evaluate their lives and themselves, set goals and move toward those goals. Coaches provide encouragement and accountability to help their clients achieve more than they typically would alone. Working with a client over time, a coach can help him/her clarify values, reframe perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and embrace their inner shadows. In gaining these skills, a client moves in the direction of self-alignment, which can result in a more balanced, fulfilling life.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is NOT therapy. Coaches work with healthy people who are ready to take strides toward their future. Coaching clients are whole, creative, resourceful people who are seeking self understanding and want to focus on the future. Unlike therapists, coaches do not focus on the past, but look ahead, concentrating on what's possible from where a client stands in this moment.

What is my coaching style?
The partnership between my client and I is one of support and transformation. We will co-create our time together to deepen your self awareness and move you in the direction of alignment. As a coach, I will provide a safe space for you to explore your deepest desires, darkest fears and sweetest dreams. As a client, I encourage you to dig deep, take risk and bring your whole self to each coaching session. If we work together as a team, transformation can occur.
