I have been a catalyst for change in others my entire life. I challenge those around me to take risks, live life to the fullest and follow their dreams. This intrinsic passion has led me to coaching. I have spent years exploring the corporate and nonprofit worlds looking for the right fit; that missing piece in my puzzle of life. When I was first introduced to coaching, I found my missing piece. I love working with people as they move closer to their goals and find more satisfaction in life.
I am a professional coach dedicated to clients who are ready to make changes in search of a more satisfying and balanced life. I earned my Bachelors of Arts degree at The College of Wooster and became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Coaching for Transformation, an ICF accredited coach training program.
Not only do I come to the table with incredible coach training, but I also have my rich life experience to draw on. I am not only a coach but a mother, a volunteer, a sister, a hiker, a lover, a yogi, a daughter, an animal rescuer, and a wanderer. I am familiar with and accustomed to working with people from many different backgrounds and lifestyle choices.
